At Edding, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
